2. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at info@theleatherjacketes.com, including your name and order number.
We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is processed. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been packed or shipped.
3. How long does order processing take?
Our team carefully prepares each order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
4. How long does shipping take?
After your order is processed, shipping typically takes 3 to 4 business days within the United States.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors like location or carrier delays.
5. Will my order arrive in one package?
In most cases, your entire order will be shipped in one package. However, if you ordered multiple items or bulky products, they may be shipped separately.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. What happens if an item is out of stock or backordered?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an estimated restock date.
If restocking will take longer than 2 weeks, we will offer you two options:

Receive a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

7. I received a damaged item. What should I do?

9. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@theleatherjacketes.com with your order number.
Please note:

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return after receiving the item (see our Return Policy below).
10. What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love your purchase from The Leather Jacketes! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to initiate a return:

Email us at sale@theleatherjacketes.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely and include all original accessories and documentation.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package back to us using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
